We will use spot checks and survey forms to get a picture of your satisfaction with our service. We will always seek your opinion on our service delivery. We will always share feedback with you.
Your Carer
Your allocated carer would have been carefully recruited and vetted by us before they start work with you. We will have received 2 references and a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. (The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) have been merged into The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)). We also confirm their eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. Our carers benefit from ongoing training and development activities. This together with their qualifications and experience means they will always provide you with the highest quality of care.
